MOWLL creative workshop

• Jigsaw is our main programme for adults living with the label of learning disability, mental health conditions or brain injury

• Keys4 is a series of short courses of personal development for adults and/or young people, including Keys4 Health, Keys4 Independence, Keys4 Change, andKeys4 Thought

• PACTT - Peer Advocacy Changing Things Together - is a group of adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions or brain injury who are supporting others and acting as mentors

• Satellite Groups are less formal groups for socialising or pursuing shared interests. We currently have a women's group, men's group, art group, and choir.

• Parent/Carer Support Group providng a friendly, informal and supportive environment for the parents, carers and support of MOWLL Self Advocates/Peer Advocates to meet
