Fundraising for MOWLL
Individuals
There are lots of fun and challenging ways you can fundraise for MOWLL as an individual or a small group of people. For instance:
MOWLL staff undertaking a 5k Challenge
- Take part in a charity abseil event
- Undertake a 24 hour sponsored fast
- Arrange a collection of leftover foreign currency holiday money in your school or workplace
- Take part in a local fun run or charity bike ride
- Arrange your own event - this could be anything from a cake sale to a music concert!
The Just Giving website has lots of ideas and links to all kinds of events happening near you. You can set up your own page where people can sponsor you or make a donation and link it to MOWLL.

Businesses and organisations
Local businesses can fundraise for MOWLL by for instance:
- Fundraising in the workplace - fancy dress day, a raffle or a skills auction!
- Local pubs and restaurants have named drinks or dishes in honour of MOWLL and dedicate a portion of the profits to us.
- Local shops and pubs carry our collection tins and ask customers to donate their spare change
- Businesses can nominate MOWLL to be a beneficiary of their Workplace Giving scheme
- Or you could consider adopting MOWLL as your nominated charity as part of your Corporate Philanthropy Policy
We also welcome business support in areas such as:
